(tcforecast) Accompanied with heavy rain in the evening of 18th May, a cyclone caused heavy damage to some communes in Ha Tinh province. There was a dead and more than 200 people with the speed roofs. According to the local administrator, a storm scanned through the An Duc commune, Duc Dung, Duc Lap, Duc Tho district damaged 209 house. The storm also has broken electricity and 350 ha of winter-spring rice are. Immediately after receiving information about the disaster, the local flood prevention organization in Ha Tinh have direct encouragement and organize local people to overcome the consequences.
